The Capricorn Digital Twin is the data backbone of the HHAI platform. Activated in June 2026, it provides real-time monitoring and predictive intelligence across all GPG construction and operational projects.
The platform ingests data from IoT sensors, BIM models, government data feeds, ticketing and revenue systems, and market signals — synthesising them into a continuously updated digital model of each project site.
Key capabilities include: construction progress monitoring, risk threshold alerts, feasibility simulation for new project opportunities, and performance benchmarking. Alice Chan, VP and Head of Capricorn, oversees all Digital Twin deployments. Future expansions target Guangzhou development zones and GBA urban infrastructure projects.
