The Demain IP Lab is an on-site creative laboratory at Runway 1331 focused on rapid content prototyping, audience testing, and original IP creation. It launched in April 2026 as one of the first activated facilities at the Kai Tak site.
The lab supports GBA creators, independent artists, and cultural producers in developing content for international distribution — from live performance concepts to digital media and branded IP. Japan and Korea serve as primary source markets for IP licensing and co-production.
AHM Production handles event-ready content creation while the IP Lab focuses on longer-cycle original IP development. The two units share data and audience insights via the Capricorn Digital Twin, enabling evidence-based creative decision-making.
