X Lab is the research and development arm of XOX International, operating in partnership with Capricorn Technology. It launches officially in September 2026, following an internal research and white paper phase from June to August 2026.
X Lab focuses on applied innovation for the Greater Bay Area urbanisation sector — testing new construction materials, modular building techniques, AIR inflatable system improvements, and smart building integrations. Research outputs inform GPG's competitive differentiation and are shared with government and institutional partners.
Key deliverables include industry white papers on AI-augmented construction, feasibility studies for GBA development zones, and prototype testing for XOX's next-generation AIR inflatable systems.
